Shipping policy

We aim to make shipping straightforward and easy to understand. This policy explains where we ship, how orders are processed, what delivery timelines to expect, and what to do if something goes wrong.

This policy applies to customers in the United States.


Shipping areas

We currently ship within the contiguous United States (48 states).

We do not ship to the following at this time:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • U.S. military addresses (APO / FPO / DPO)
  • International destinations

If your address falls into one of these categories, your order may be canceled or require an address update. We will contact you by email if this happens.


Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States.

  • No minimum order amount required
  • Shipping cost is confirmed at checkout before payment is completed
  • No hidden fees are added after checkout

Shipping carrier

Most orders are delivered by USPS. Carrier selection is based on delivery location and order details. Carrier cannot be manually selected at checkout.


Order processing

Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed.

Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM MST (Mountain Standard Time, GMT-7), Monday through Friday.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing on the next business day.

If an item is temporarily out of stock or if your order is affected by delays, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.


Estimated delivery timeline

Delivery involves two stages: order processing and transit. Here is what to expect:

Order processing: 1 to 3 business days.

U.S. transit time: 7 to 9 business days.

Total estimated delivery time: 8 to 12 business days from the date your order is placed.

Total delivery time = processing time + transit time.

Delivery times are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather, peak order periods, or other factors outside our control.

Please note:

  • Expedited or express shipping is not available
  • Local pickup is not available
  • Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use this to monitor delivery status directly through the carrier's website.

If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at christellabirdsell@gmail.com.


Undeliverable packages

USPS typically attempts delivery up to three times. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, this is usually due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Failed delivery attempts with no one available to receive the package
  • Delivery refused at the address

If your package is returned, please contact our support team to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

To avoid this, please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.


Order cancellations

We process orders promptly to minimize delays.

  • Orders may be canceled before 2:00 PM MST on the same day the order is placed
  • Cancellation requests must include your order number
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled
