Refund policy

At comdtay, we want you to feel confident about every purchase. This refund policy explains when returns are accepted, how to request one, who covers return shipping costs, and how refunds are processed.
This policy applies to orders placed on www.comdtay.com and is written for customers in the United States.
Return eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of the date your package is delivered for products purchased directly from the comdtay website.
To be accepted, returned items must:
- Be in original condition
- Include all original accessories and components
- Show no signs of misuse, alteration, or intentional damage
Requests submitted after 30 days from the delivery date are outside our standard return window. After 30 days, please refer to our Warranty Policy, which may cover product defects depending on the issue.
How to request a return
To start a return, follow these steps:
- Email christellabirdsell@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return.
- Our team will review your request and confirm whether the item meets our return conditions — we aim to respond within 1 to 2 business days.
- If approved, we will email you the correct return address and next steps.
- Ship the item back using the address we provide. Do not ship to our business mailing address — returns sent to an incorrect address or without prior confirmation may not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or notify you of any issues.
Return shipping costs
Who covers return shipping depends on the reason for the return.
comdtay covers return shipping when: The return is due to our error — a shipping mistake, incorrect item sent, or a verified product defect. We will provide a prepaid return label in these cases.
Customer covers return shipping when: The return is for personal reasons — such as no longer wanting the item, ordering the wrong size or model, or a change of mind. In these cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- Refunds are processed within 1 to 3 business days of receiving the return
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3 to 10 business days to post the refund to your account
Total time from return receipt to funds appearing in your account: typically 4 to 13 business days, depending on your payment provider.
If you have not seen your refund after 10 business days from the date we confirmed receipt of your return, contact us at christellabirdsell@gmail.com and we will look into it.
Exchanges
comdtay does not offer direct product exchanges.
If you need a different item, size, or model, we recommend:
- Requesting a return for your original item (if it meets our return conditions)
- Placing a new order for the correct product
This approach allows faster processing and ensures the item you want is in stock when you order it.
Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Clearance or final sale items — Note: if a clearance item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us — quality issues are handled separately regardless of sale status
- Items showing excessive wear, misuse, or intentional damage
Lost or incorrect orders
If you receive the wrong item or the wrong quantity, contact us at christellabirdsell@gmail.com right away with your order number and a photo if possible. We will review the issue and send the correct item or arrange a refund — whichever is faster for you.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors and around your property first
- Wait 1 additional business day — carrier scans can sometimes report delivery before the package arrives

For confirmed lost packages, we will open an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or a full refund. We will not ask you to wait indefinitely for a resolution.
No subscriptions or hidden fees
comdtay does not require customers to subscribe to any service to make a purchase or request a return.
All costs — including any return shipping fees that apply — are communicated clearly before you commit to anything. No charges are added without your knowledge.
